It seems to be some kind of initiative by the NHS for "people who have begun to experience problems with their use of recreational drugs." I ask because on their website, in the "For professionals" section, they mention that they have experience with HPPD. This blew my mind as it seems to be the only NHS resource I've come across that even acknowledges the condition. The catch is that they can only provide service for people living in Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster or Kensington & Chelsea. However, they do seem to offer private sessions, such as psychiatric assessments, for people who live outside of the catchment area. No idea how much it costs though.
