Does anyone know how long it takes for Keppra to work for HPPD, and if it is effective, at what dosage?

I’m curious as well.

I did some digging after posting this, and it looks that like 500-1750 milligrams is the sweet spot for levetiracetam (Keppra) in treating HPPD. It really does seem to help a lot of people with HPPD, and more specifically, DP/DR. The time it takes for people to notice a reduction in symptoms seems to vary quite a bit. Some notice a reduction almost instantaneously, while for others it can take a few months. I’m looking forward to giving it a shot!

If you ever consider trying it, here is a helpful resource to convince your physician to prescribe levetiracetam for HPPD:gallery_1555_27_44839.png
