Guest
https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/scicurious-brain/sleep-deprived-mind-your-dopamine/ I did an experiment and stayed up all night. My symptoms are about 99% gone as I type this. Anyone have a hypothesis on what may be going on? Edited July 6, 2017 by Guest
K.B.Fante
Yeah, when I had severe insomnia I swore my symptoms actually improved. Looking back I'm not sure if they actually did or if I just felt like they did because my perception of reality was so messed up.
MadDoc
No idea why lack of sleep reduced your symptoms. It does just the opposite to me. Visuals are more frantic when I'm sleep deprived.
pdo
Same benefits for me wtf? Visuals more or less the same, however 90% reduction in dissociation. O.o

Guest
Meh. Could be the Rexulti. I'm on week 2 at 1 mg. OCD has been virtually nonexistent for 3 or 4 days. Anxiety is down overall and well regulated and I don't seem to be caring about symptoms as much anymore. Edited July 8, 2017 by Guest
Guest
And oddly enough my mental sharpness has vastly improved.
