Mr.50's
ivw been getting into weightlifting pretty heavily lately, and it seems to be making my symptoms worse and making me more depersonalized/anxious. Anyone else lift and feel the same?
Jay1
My visuals spike for about an hour after weight training, but then go away and I am left with a nice, relaxed feeling. Are you taking any supplements that might affect you?
Mr.50's
Nope nothing, protein from food not a supplement and definitely no pre workout, lifting makes me feel more confused to, maybe it's all the stress you out on your head when you lift
Jay1
Blood flow is the likely culprit,,,, does the spike last a long time though?
Mr.50's
Yes it lasts for a while, about 12-18 hours. I'm 17 so it's pretty hard to not lift when you always feel like doing it, but I guess I'll just be skinny for now because recently for the first time I noticed, not just hoped it believed, actually noticed my visuals reducing and I'm not going to give that up
Jay1
What happens when you do hardcore cardio like spinning, similar?
Mr.50's
Strictly avoid cardio, significantly increases my depersonalization and visuals symptoms
