Exercise, therapy, mental health groups, eating healthy, work, etc. will all help tremendously if you do them on a regular basis. Turmeric was probably the best natural antidepressant I've tried.

Yes, exercise provided you're able.  Also, (here I go again) meditation can help with mood.  It also helps with that jittery "too much electricity in my brain" feeling.

I realize I sound like a "broken record" repeating meditation, meditation, and meditation but it was so helpful in my life that I simply can't stop bringing it up.
