RebelYell
Hey guys, I'm new on the forum and kinda new to HPPD, been dealing with it for about 4 months. I got HPPD after a really intense XTC trip combined with a massive amount of bud. It actually started bothering me AFTER I'd quit smoking bud on a daily basis (a few days after that trip). Kinda weird but thats how it went. I was experiencing floaters, tracers, afterimages and all that stuff. I also had derealisation, anxiety and a weird empty feeling. Anyway, I started reading this book by David Servan-Schreiber called "Healing without Freud or Prozac". Its about dealing with depression and anxiety without taking medication. And guess what, the tips and tricks from the book didnt take the HPPD away, but it doesnt bother me anymore, enabling me to go on with my normal life! I'm telling you, buy this book or get if from your local library or whatever. Reading it really helped me and I aint even finished it yet. You got nothing to lose right? Just give it a shot and let me know if it did any good. Take care

shaolinbomber
what's that got to do with anything? I dunno. Most of modern day psychology is based off of his "work" which i believe to be complete crap and mostly false. I guess I was just backing up the OP's sentiments on the subject.
