I take this stuff. Can't say I notice change from it (not like the nerve tonic routine), but take so many herbs and supplements. It stimulates nerve growth factors which has to be helpful. Have used it to assist dogs with spinal injuries ... again with the other routine.

You often see it advertised for Alzheimer's and dementias. Also antioxidant, antitumor qualities.

I took for it a month and half. No changes really. Probably need to take it longer than that to see any improvement. This is one of those its sure to help in some way scenarios. If you can get it and take it regularly its almost bound to help you down the road.

Yeah, sounds like a win win situation. If you don't get anything too noticeably good it won't be doing anything noticeably shit if its purported to be as an all rounder as its meant to be. And anything that stimulates nerve growth factors has to be good in my 'big book of hppd shit' . Read its good to take with alcar (which I've got at the mo)....kinda synergistic. Also what about bacopa monnieri (or whatever) anyone tried that.
