  1. UPDATE: I am 90% better objectively. All symptoms have reduced heavily. The only thing that helped me recovery was time, absence off drugs, and doing new hobbies (neurogensis). This is not a joke. I had serious hppd a year ago, as all can see from my panicked replies.
  2. He didn't say it was the ONLY solution dude. He said it was ONE PATH to hppd. You're profile picture really is accurate
  3. Speak for yourself. My hppd was sparked by an immense period of stress. I didn't have any vision probably for the prior 25 years of my life. And for the record, its improved 60%
  4. As someone who thinks their hppd is caused by anxiety, I agree with this. I knew that was the point you were making as soon as I read your post. But a bunch of idiots in this thread just jump down your throat, saying "DOESN'T APPLY TO ME USELESS INFORMATION" when, for many, it really isnt. This bullshit, child-like fighting is only hurting those like me, defeating the whole purpose of this "support group." Its absolutely appalling the level of animosity present. Unbelievable
  5. Same with you, any improvement?
  6. You've had it a while judging by your post history. Any changes? Improvement?
  7. Maybe, but still, some of us have gotten hppd after TENS of uses of hallucinogens. Why would, all of a sudden, our bodies can't break down the metabolites like they had before? Its just all murky.
  8. How does that work? So if it Isn't neuronal loss that means its a chemical imbalance. Also neuronal lose would shown on mri. The brain can correct for chemical imbalances, no?
  9. All these "success stories" are just acceptance. . . just stop. Has ANYONE ACTUALLY RECOVERED NOT ACCEPTED THEIR SYMPTOMS??!!?!?!? I can't live under a static sky for the rest of my fucking life. Honestly we should have another thread for ACCEPTANCE STORIES. RECOVERY IS DIFFERENT. ISN'T NEUROPLACICITY A THING?????
  10. I got mine a week ago and I swear it has diminished a bit. Went clean for a week. Either that or I don't notice it as much. Either or.
  11. I am already feeling a bit better. There is still static, but it is either not as noticeable/or actually has receded. Despite what you've all said about bud (and rightly so) I DID have a small puff of a joint today, but luckily I found the bud didn't effect me like it did a week ago. The static was a little worse, but manageable. Far better then the near-blindness last time. Despite this lil hiccup I'll try to abstain long term. Don't want to get overconfident and make things worse. Thanks for the responses. I wish you all a swift recovery!

  13. Hi all, About 3 weeks ago I took a tab of acid measuring at 150 ug. I had previously done this twice before over the course of three weeks - a month. Each trip was marvellous, I had zero stress and had a great time start to finish. Yesterday though, I have begun to experience extremely slight visual snow. This is my only symptom save slight after-flashes (which may be normal anyhow.) At first I thought it was something stress-related, since I have a history of anxiety. However, after having a single cone of bud last night, the symptoms became much worse, so much so I found it hard to see cause the static was so thick. I've woke up to luckily find the Visual Snow has reduced back to baseline, but it still has not got away. I have been taking lion's mane ever since, and I hope it helps. Given my good history with lsd (no ods, no bad trips, no stress) and my SLIGHT symptoms, is it fair to say I have a good chance of recovery if I stay off all drugs for the next 6-12 months? Thank you very much, I wish you all a speedy recovery.
