  1. As in another post (called "can it come back?") I realized, that this post just fed my own worrys and maybe the worrys of others instead of helping. Sorry. Dear admin. Can we delete those topics? If not my words of hope are: try TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE and AUTOSUGGESTION (Émile Coué)
  2. Guys, I'm sorry for starting that topic. I thought that it would help me but instead it just fed my worrying...and maybe the worrying of others too Because of that: thank you MadDoc for your positive words. My words of hope: Try TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE and AUTOSUGESTION (Émile Coué). I suggest that we close this topic here or only write positive input. Thank you
  3. Traditional Chinese Docs KNOW what to do. It is a way older medical concept and it involves the Spirit not just the body. Go and speak to a Doc <3
  4. U can compare it to the placebo effect. Our mind is DAMN powerful!!! You can heal everything, even cancer. There are books by Émile Coué (the Doc behind this). Just read it, follow his instructions and get your life back <3 It worked for me and it will work for you.
  5. If it's gone it's gone? Or can it come back...for example because of stress, drugs, meds, or even spontaneously?
  6. This question goes especially to the severe cases. But of cause also the mild ones. To everyone who suffers. What causes your suffering? Is it how you deal with the symptoms or the nature of the symptoms? What symptoms are those?
  7. Hey guys, the internet says that psychotropic can worsen your symptoms permanently. That means if we develop some other mental illness in the future that could be treated with psychotropic, we don't have the chance to be treated without risk of worsening hppd symptoms, right? Is there an alternative way to treat mental illness? Cheers
  8. Hello everyone, I have a strange but helpful sensation in my brain. Sometimes it's like a little "clicking/cracking" sensation. And there's a "bigger version". It feels like...imagine yourself having a cold and your nose or your ears were full of slime from a cold and suddenly you feel this relieving "opening up" sensation when the slime is not stuck anymore...yes, kind of like that just in my brain and not in my nose or ears and no slime obviously The sensations occur randomly (maybe especially when I'm relaxed) BUT at one night (after one day of fasting btw) with trouble to fall asleep all of the sudden I fell into a halfsleep/halfawake kind of mental state and this "bigger version" came along with directly. I had control over this mental state and when I interrupted it (because I was a little worried about my brain) the sensation disappeared to -> clear relationship between mental state and sensation. Especially with the big version comes a notable improvement of visual symptoms and derealisation. Can anyone relate? Any ideas what this could be in a neurological point of view? (I'm going to ask an expert too but since this condition is so rare and not explored well enough I ask you guys too. Maybe you know more.) Cheers
