I get flashes like real quick of light... anybody had this??/

I read that HPPD can be caused by brain lesions and that explains the lucid dreaming and stuff.

Benzos have a different link to dementia... and also I noticed short term memory problems when on them... all they do is alleviate your anxiety while furthermore degrading your brain.
