  1. That's what I got from it too. It can be rough at first for someone with HPPD. Reason being is many people who take report Phsycoactive activity from it. My friend described it to me as a "Bad X Trip" one time. My first week of it sucked but these kind of drugs takes weeks and months to take full effect.
  2. yes , adderral triggered my few year long run of HPPD
  3. no it was constant but when i would get into a crowded area like walmart or a highway the tracers would get bad, lights, etc.
  4. It is an SNRI (different from an SSRI like Zoloft) for treating General Anxiety, Major Depression and others. Unlike an SSRI (zoloft/paxil) it increases your Norepinephrine (stress hormone) levels as well as your dopamine.
  5. Thank you ! I stopped taking the mirtazapine for about 6 months last year and none of the HPPD effects came back. I opted to get back on the medication just because it got rid of my anxiousness/nervousness. I still take the klonopin PRN (as needed)
  6. Yes- they can get worse. With my case I noticed the visual snow very early on. As my stress/anxiety continued the rest of the HPPD symptoms rolled out. Don't play russian roulette with your health. You are probably okay. Do what joe said - ride it out see if it gets worst.
  7. Hey guys, just wanted to share my story of a full recovery of my experience. I was diagnosed with HPPD in the summer-time of 2006 , but before I get to my recovory and complete dissipation of symptoms , let me tell you my story.
