  1. I've taken it too but only for a month, never noticed any difference. If you are looking for a antioxidant I would go with Astaxanthin. I use Melatonin too which helps me a lot with sleep. I also take it with my Buspar at night for the supposedly neurogenesis but have only been on the mixture for 3 weeks or less. It is also important to note Melatonin is a hormone. I have recently started taking DLPA at 1g a day. Suppose to be good for depression but again it is one of those things that can take a few weeks. Bacopa is another one I started taking, take it at night, hard as hell to wake up from this but when you do finally get up you feel pretty good.
  2. Ah man I have been taking it for like 2 weeks straight now at 10mg. I know they say you don't need that much but I tried to go to 5 and was planning on lowering to the 3mg time release ones but it did nothing. Hell yes they help me sleep, takes a full 2 hours so I take them early. I got vivid dreams like the first 2 times but none anymore. I bought so dream herb, passion flower extract and bacopa to see how that mixes. I would love to start having some vivid dreams. I have never had any real intense vivid dreams even when I first starting taking melatonin, they were more like I just remembered them some what but wasnt in control or knew I was dreaming. In fact it was the opposite, I would wake up and wasnt to sure if the dream really happened or if I was dreaming lol would take a few seconds to catch myself and find out what was going in haha

  4. Also I think y'all are going to far on how much you think I am talking about. I am talking about miniscule levels. Not smoking it, not drinking a large cup, none of the above. I am talking about sips that won't even come close to making you trip or get a mind screw or anything. You won't really feel like you took anything at all. Reason I am thinking about this is because I read a blog about someone who did it and in their words it was a "cleansing of the mind". But they also just drank the b. caapi with no maoi inhibitor. It isn't suppose to work without a maoi inhibitor but they still warned you not to drink a lot or it would make you trip or slightly. I don't know if this is true or not, their words. The person said it made them very cheerful and helped them out a lot with anxiety and depression. I repeat they did not trip lol. I got a site that is suppose to sell some of the best ayahuasca ingredients and it is so in my mind to try this right now because I am taking so much stuff I would love to be off everything. I take Gabapentin, Buspar, Propranolol, ultra low dose Naltrexone(10-20MCG) and Kratom. My dp/dr has been real goofy lately, it is like everyone is just AI(artificial intelligence) to me and I am the only one who is real. I am just living this life and everyone around me just plays some part in it, either good or bad or neutral. The few people I feel are real is usually close friends and family. I guess you can say these are the people I cling on to. It comes and goes, but when it gets bad my brain doesn't feel right, like it is getting a rush and pulsing, just weird stuff. I really don't want to do any more damage, I have been clean for over half a year now. Off Valiums, Subutex, alcohol, cocaine and all that good stuff, I just smoke a e-cig and take the meds I just mentioned. Also the other day I was trying to make my own e-cig juice and something went wrong and I got to much nicotine, started sweating, felt confused and shit just hit the fan. I really want to quit and think I will but slowly, smoking has been my hardest addiction. At 28mg/ml and smoke 3ml a day. I guess I will start lowering it down with each bottle until I am basically at nothing. Best case scenario I quit next best thing I can get to 4mg or something. But anyways I may just start with B. Caapi and see how it goes, start very low and judge from there. Idk tell me what you think.

  6. Yes, the worst for me is street lights. Idk if it is because they are colored or what. Street lamps too. Cars do it too idk if street lights and lamps use different bulbs or what it is. If my migraines get bad they really start popping out.
  7. Natural calm is a real good magnesium product, it will really get the bowls going at first too so be near a toilet lol. I clench my jaw sometimes too and also blink the crap out of my eyes. Magnesium does help a ton. If you got eye floaters too lmk if the magnesium helped. As soon as I started taking it mine have gone away a majority of the day and when they do appear they aren't as bad.
  8. Hey all, Was reading a article on Yahoo about how like 50% of men who are homeless have TBI which got me to thinking about this.....again. I posted something similar to this a while back but didn't get much hits, wanted to see where it goes this time. Do you think there is even the slightest hope for this to be a possibility for help? It would be almost impossible to get a doctor to prescribe it to you and then you have to get shots and keep up with blood work.   9. Damn the Naltrexone is hurting my kidney on the left side. I have had kidney problems forever, have had blood work any everything done but it is always my left side and it comes and goes. It started hurting last week when I took only .6 grams of mushrooms and continues to hurt with the Naltrexone. I have no clue why so I am going to take a break until I can get a good detox going. I got a bag of activated charcoal and will order some stuff online for this. Might just go buy some azos or whatever they are called. Will start this back when my kidney no longer bothers me which hopefully is in a few days.
  10. The 4.5 mg was too much for me last night. I woke up 6 times at least and around the 3rd time waking up I felt super depressed. The depression slowly went away as the day progressed and lasted I guess around 12 or so hours. I have to spend one more night in jail Friday night into Saturday so I will continue Saturday night with 1 mg. I think I will do 1 mg for a week at least then adjust upwards most likely from there. Nothing special to report on this yet. Also to note, I am using a product called NalPro I ordered online which come in 4.5 capsules. I will just dilute the capsule in 4.5 ml of water and take 1 ml to equal 1 mg. ALSOOOOO..... I started my Buspar with Melatonin. Has been a week so far. I am on 20 mg Buspar which really needs to get upped to 30-45 mg. I am taking 10 mg Melatonin at night with a 10 mg Buspar. I will probably ride this script out and then get my dosage upped and when I do this I plan on throwing a additional 3 mg time-released Melatonin in during the day and continue the instant release 10 mg of melatonin at night. So something like 10 mg tid or 15 mg tid of Buspar with 3 mg Melatonin ER in the morning and 10 mg at night. I may even go to 3 mg Melatonin ER twice daily. Any thoughts on this? I will definitely be looking for improvement with memory on this one. Thank you, Andrew
  11. Hey all, I have used Naltrexone a few times to see what all the talk about it was as far as lowering opioid tolerance. I have only used it between 10-20 mcg. I know it might sound strange that it can reverse opioid tolerance but the science is there I guess, they are even in phase 2 trail of a oxycodone/naltrexone tab. I just used 4.5mgs and will stay around 1mg-4.5mg until I am out. My main goal here is try to reverse opioid tolerance for my Kratom usage which I plan on not using for awhile. I don't think I would even feel the Kratom at these dosages. Ok so here is where I can help not just me but whoever else out. Naltrexone helps on a bunch of other levels such as DP/DR, anxiety and depression. Here is a list of everything is can help with but please note I don't think this is all fact. http://www.lowdosenaltrexone.org/index.htm#What_diseases_has_it_been_useful_for I really don't know what to expect, but I do have DP/DR, anxiety, depression, some funky vision, migraines, eye floaters and whatever else. So I guess if anything good comes out of this and you are interested in Naltrexone you can keep a eye on here and I will post back.   12. How much melatonin did you take? I just started taking this too at 10mg a hour or so before bed. It worked real good the first day but feels like I am getting tolerant to it now but still helps. Kava helps too but for me when I drink to much Kava now it kind of makes me feel like I am high on weed and can get me a little depressed for some reason. Maybe it is all the crap going on right now. But I find you don't need much Kava with melatonin to fall asleep. Kava, like valerian to me can be kind of stimulating, I guess how xanax can be stimulating for some, so I would definitely take this stuff a few hours before bed. Magnesium is another good product for sleep. Takes awhile but once you get on a routine it gets easier to sleep. And from my experience a lack of sleep can really change your way of thinking.
  13. Lol yeah it is dangerous and Jimmy is just letting me know! This is why I am pushed more towards DMT since it is cheaper and easier to get. I really would like to do this everyday to build a tolerance and really feel zero kind of trip or anything from it. You know after a few days you are basically drinking it, getting the chemical but no trip or mind fuck(I think lol). I can definitely feel a difference today I am not as upbeat as I was yesterday which makes me believe there might be something to this. I'm going to give it a month to really think on it and if I feel like it is something I really want to do I will try my best to do ayahuasca everyday unless I see adverse effects. Will keep updated!
  14. Hey all, I decided to try something yesterday which obviously by my title was mushrooms! Lol. Ok now before y'all jump me about how riskful that was I only did half a gram. I didn't trip much or anything just mild visuals and a awkward tugging feeling on my mentality for the first 2 hours. After the first 2 hours passed though I felt pretty good. My mental clarity came back, I wasn't paying much attention to any of my visuals(mainly where I look at things and my depth perception makes everything look like they are in layers and stuff is so real looking it doesn't look real) and I was able to communicate with friends and family easily. Ok so now it is today and I must say I feel pretty good, not as good as yesterday but better than the day before. I'm still not paying much attention to my vision and I feel more clear headed, like I am able to talk to people with ease. Hell I kind of want to just get out of my house and walk around and enjoy the weather since I am not working today which is a experience I though I may never enjoy again. I do not know how long this will last so I will take advantage of it while I can and do some stuff today. Now I have been thinking more on this stuff. I have always wondered what a low dose of DMT would be like in brew form(ayahuasca). Not to where you trip or even close but just to clear your pathways and am now thinking about really giving it a go. If I can I will try to experiment with mushrooms first maybe 2x a month but they aren't so easy to come by here so if that possibility is out the window I may just try the ayahuasca which you can find all over the internet. What got me really thinking about DMT again was the documentary "DMT - The Spirit Molecule" I watched for the second time yesterday. I figured most of us here are in the same boat which is why we started doing these substances in the first place and that was to find purpose in life or the meaning in it and I think DMT could be a powerful tool to help you find your way if used correctly. I do know no matter how careful you approach these things there could always be adverse effects but I do believe psilocybin or DMT(structurally similar) have the potential to do a lot of healing.   16. Didn't make it to doctors today was in court than processing in jail because I got 7 days to serve which sucked up all my day time! Will be trying to go Monday. Really want to try Buspar out now that I and more clear headed.
  17. I think it is better to know what is going on with you and to feel like you aren't alone. It is true I think most people can agree when they learned it was HPPD or HPPD like symptoms they started noticing things way more, like you are looking for stuff but you aren't if that makes sense. But when you can learn to stop paying attention to it and go back to that mindset you had before you knew it was HPPD you can look at the picture a bit clearer since you know you aren't the only one and it is HPPD. It's like one step back two step forward.
  18. Hey all, Long time no see. I have a quick question here. I have always gotten poor sleep but lately(6 months?) it has been real bad. I can finally go to sleep at night though! Which is exciting, I do have my days maybe once or twice a week I have trouble sleeping but it is nowhere close to how it use to be. But my sleep cycles are messed up, real bad. I know I am not getting good REM and deep sleep at all or however that works. I just don't ever feel like I went to sleep when I wake up and it has my energy levels at a low. I am looking for something that is OTC and not harsh on your mind as I have came real far from where I was a few months ago and don't want a mishap. I found a few things while bored and looking around here they are Calea Zacatechichi Silene Capensis Passion flower Hops Dandelion I know of valerian and Kava which I have tried both but neither work on sleep quality. melatonin and a few other ones but I haven't tried those to see if they improve sleep since I don't know if they do very well. Most of these plants I posted above promote lucid dreaming so my thought is that would mean they improve REM and possibly put you in a deeper sleep with a good REM cycle. No idea just a guess. Has anyone tried any of this or have any thoughts about what I just said? Also I am looking for something to help with mood, something to just make me a little bit happier and more of a go getter. I was thinking high dosages(not crazy high) of DL-Phenylalanine and L-Tryptophan. I mean I already take Kratom which has very little effect on me but does help a bit and I am taking Gabapentin and maybe will start Buspar tomorrow. I am just looking for something that will help a little, I would be happy with a 10% increase in mood! Any ideas about this as to which supplements would be good to take or if you think these 2 would help?   19. Hey bro, Sorry I can't read everything you wrote right now my mind just won't allow it lol. I did take Buspar awhile back and it did nothing as far as increasing symptoms. Now I can't say how well it helped anything since I was on valium and hydrocodones. I am actually going to my doctor tomorrow to get some Buspar to try it again since I am off of everything else now and have been for awhile. Wiki says take it with Melatonin. I am definitely going to be trying this mixture out, I hope for improved memory and decreased anxiety but I'm not getting my hopes up. I will definitely let you know how it goes when I get it which will be tomorrow for sure unless my doctor wants his ass kicked lol
  20. Hey Odisa, I was something I never got around to, I ended up just getting the PRL which was a disappointment to me which made me kind of just give up on that stuff. Between the PRL, Phenylpiracetam, Picamilon and Phenibut not doing much for me I just said eff it. Man it has been awhile since I have been on here! To be honest with you I have been off everything, I take a small dosage of Kratom with my Gabapentin and that is it. I take Kava once in a while at high dosages but it kind of makes me feel weird and depressed for some reason lol. But forreal staying away from all that crap has helped me out more than being on it. Since I got off of all the nootropics and what not I have been doing better month by month. I still get head rushes, my vision is still weird like if I am high 24/7 and I still go through some dp/dr. But man my anxiety has gone down quite a bit my depression too. I am able to work and keep a full time job. I would say I feel 50% if not more better than I did 3 months ago. I don't think I will ever touch a nootropic or anything else again. My memory is shoot I can't even remember half of yesterday which makes it feel like a dream to me if that makes sense, also when I wake up it feels like I hit a reset button on me, I guess like my days are in loops or something. So I took some Alpha-GPC for that and boy that stuff makes me angry for some reason. I'm starting to think nootropics are like they say, meant for healthy individuals. The Suni does seem awesome though and it is something still in the back of my mind I want to try because my memory is so jacked up and PRL didn't work and Alpha-GPC just made me angry but I am really starting to believe I am just going to have to live with poor memory and this fucked up vision lol. Are you trying to use it for your memory or what's up? And how have you been doing? Sorry I just slapped all this together I got a migraine right meow, still get those every other day!   21. Hey sorry can't answer your question but Iboga! Why did you do it? I heard it is real good for opiate addiction. Did you do a complete flush? Seen some people on it on T.V. once did not look fun at all, you got some balls lol. If you have a link to your experience please share! And cocaine can fuck up a lot of your symptoms but you already know this so stay away from it! Lol I do have to say I have been clean from everything for over 2 months and nothing has gotten better but last night I decided to drink just 4 beers while at my brothers, that decision has so far screwed today up feeling wacked out! My point is stay away from that crap even if you aren't feeling better at least you aren't feeling worse. Goodluck Andrew
  22. Lol "and as a guy that is kinda gay" that made me laugh haha. I use to get real real bad anger issues, after HPPD they went away and it seems like I get depressing emotions now. It sucks, it is gay but hell I can't help it lol. I mean it is from all the drugs I have done, tbh I rather have some of the emotions I have now than the ones I use to. But if I could have it my way I just want to be normal, what is normal to me, more than anything. So you are saying your emotions started doing this 6 years ago? And dude trust me I feel I can't relate to anyone either but just about everyone here can relate to each other. Hell I feel my life is over with, this is how I feel but something is telling me it isn't true, but to feel like this blows. What kind of emotions do you get mostly? Can you explain what triggers them and what you believed caused this if it happened just 6 years ago unless you are still young than I can understand why these emotions just flared up.
  23. Been using Kava Kava the past 5 days and I use it first thing in the morning, mixing well with Kratom, and I have been able to sleep at night early and fairly easy. This stuff can take a long time to start working with its reverse tolerance and I haven't felt anything from it yet other than the first day I got like a 15 min buzz, but at night it does help me sleep if anyone wanted to try something more natural for sleep. I also recommend magnesium taken at night with it, helps with deeper sleep and just getting to sleep. I have been dreaming a lot more since taking the magnesium, nothing major usually dreams wake me up but these have been light dreams, I usually don't even remember them after 5 minutes of being awake lol. Also I am not waking up as much at night. I did wake up twice last night and twice the night before but that is nothing compared to the 4+ times I usually wake up. Last night I did wake up and grabbed a water bottle on my nightstand and knocked it down and got everything wet though lol.......damn it! Well hope this helps someone out there, take it from me, I get horrible sleep and I feel like I don't even go into deep sleep but the past few days have been ok, to me sleeping pills give me crappy sleep and hangovers this has been much better. This stuff can make you feel sick I just drank like 18 oz of it, I use powdered root, it also made me feel a little weird, kind of like a very very very mild weed feeling I guess, but that only last 20min-1hour. This stuff works decent for anxiety too. I will see how well it works after a month of using since that is when you should really start feeling it and can cut back on how much you use!

I don't believe in hypnosis, I think it is one of those things you have to have faith in and in return you get the benefits of placebo, which placebo can be the best medicine for anyone, but I was wondering if anyone has tried this weather with success or without. I was reading a article about hypnosis on someone who quit smoking with it. To me it is a long shot and you have to be willing to accept the hypnosis and have no doubt about it but that alone in return makes you want it to work so you try everything to make it work, basically a placebo. Any thoughts on this? Thank you, Andrew
