  1. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing I have an appointment next month. Ill try anything...... Don't know if it will help the trails, ghosting ect. Might help with the major anxiety, DP, DR, insomnia. I will keep you all informed.

  4. 24-7 for me too, with brief moments in the morning 1-2 seconds of feeling "normal".
  5. Yes i have tried them. An intresting site.....http://www.straingeniuslabs.com/................... Low THC, Low CBN, High CBD = Anxiety relief equivalent to low mg benzos for me. BUT i have a big tolerance to bud. ''Harlequin''............ is a popular strain with high CBN reports.

  7. I do it without meds............its hard..............The worst is the anxiety and racing thoughts but i think my hyperness is part to blame. I believe my adhd saves me from MAJOR depression........I think You have to develop coping methods. Not 1 tool in the bag but many.
  8. Yes.............high cbd strains do help with anxiety. I know of a couple Medical clubs here in socal that have a nice selection of high CBD strains.......
  9. To be honest, the dp and hppd have slowly got a little worse.............but some get better with time. Smoking marijuana certainly hasn't helped......... but helps with depression. 17 years now.

  12. Anybody else feel the same..................I have a feeling that a bad trip contributes greatly to the effects associated with hppd dp,ect.
  13. There is a wealth of information on here. I would read everything on this site that you can. Tough questions to answer.. Starting with a therapist and maybe some cognative behavior therapy mighty be beneficial. I like bud, it mellows me out......but intesifies trails.....weird. Take it easy on the booze and be careful with benzos. Exercise can be extremely beneficial for self- esteem and overall feeling good.
