  1. No disrespect at all, just getting ideas out there mate! Give this a look, its an old post but shows some promise. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/15506267 I have started taking the resveratrol today, i will try for a few weeks, if its no good its another idea for the recycle bin
  2. and it costs a shit ton of money to buy, i mean a 30 day dose would be in the 10s of thousands of pounds/dollars
  3. The resveratrol and quercetin are widely used supplements and have some safety profile so it'll be okay. If i can get hold of a specialist who knows a thing or two about CLP-290 though i would be enquiring in depth about its possible use for visual disturbances, i would be worried however taking this drug without prior information due to its obscurity.
  4. Could you still function properly on this dosage or were you spaced out? it would be interesting to see this working, just out of curiousity.
  5. Just for information sake, i have purchased both resveratrol & quercetin to try on a 3 month basis, resveratrol in particular was indentified as a potent KCC2 modulator by the whitehead institute of biomedical research, alongside several other compounds. I have purchased 500mg/day capsules for both.
  6. https://www.genengnews.com/topics/drug-discovery/paralyzed-mice-walk-following-drug-therapy/ this is pretty amazing with CLP-290 KCC2 manipulation, its method of action seems very encouraging for hppd
  7. https://www.cell.com/cell-reports/pdf/S2211-1247(19)30759-4.pdf
  8. i really hope i find someone that can decipher it all, i know its medical text and needs to be written in such a way, but its infuriating how complicated it all is. If only there were a google translate into layman's terms
  9. Not yet man, but i have bought some Quercetin supplement which is a KCC2 activator. There are stronger drugs i've seen mentioned, one of particular interest to me was CLP-290, a novel prodrug which was the only drug listed on a research document as being revolutionary for KCC2 modulation! have a look on google, it may be of some interest.
  10. does anyone know anything about this protein and its effect on neurogenesis? i find it incredibly hard to understand the complicated research literature, so i'm not sure if this is flogging a dead horse. Its regulation seems to be a key in several neurological conditions. Again i'm not sure what i am really reading, i just hope this could be a lead to something in depth. I hope someone can pop up and explain how this system works. thanks
  11. this is not necessarily true, the thing with hppd is too little sleep causes temporarily worsening of visuals and so does too much, i don't think it really plays much of a part in serious recovery other than relaxing the mind and the rest the body needs anyway. i'm close to 3 years in now and i cant say that sleep has done anything more to progress my recovery than abstaining from hard drugs and pot. the one think i do notice is that my hppd is usually best for the first 1 1/2 hours after waking up (visuals are pretty mild nowadays but still very noticeable) not sure why this is but its the same everyday
  12. do you take any ssri's? i had these "brain shocks" about 3 years ago a few months before i actually got hppd, and i believe its ssri discontinuation syndrome (i wasnt on anti-depressents but the symptoms are so similar, look it up), the shocks subsided after a 2 weeks and never had them again, so you should be good http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antidepressant_discontinuation_syndrome
