A slight symptom help me

Floating in the sky is what everyone feels.But When i focus on the sky, tiny lights move. My friend is a similar symptom.I think it is not cvisual snow .Because I don't feel like visual snow. But is it one of the signs that a little light travels?

As long as you see the floaters and "tiny lights" (i guess moving white dots) only in the sky and have no other visual problems you should be fine cause the floaters and blue field entoptic phenomenon (tiny moving lights) can be seen by many people if they concentrate on it and look at a bright surface like the sky.
