TheGman6072
This has been happening to me for a very long time pretty much since July of last year but I haven't brought it up until now. Anybody feel very weak and like you can barely get out of bed in the morning ? I have not smoked weed in 2 weeks and honestly I think I was feeling better when I returned to smoking weed because it's like a temporary escape. Waking up to panic attacks isn't fun and my buspirone has stopped working. I tried double dosing it but that's hard to do with my parents monitoring it

neffbull
I have depersonalization but is it possible to have both at the same time ? Yes, it is possible to have both. Typically when someone has a mental disorder they have a few others. For example, I'm dealing with ocd, depression and general anxiety. The weak feeling and trouble getting up out of bed feels more like a physical thing These are a few of the most common physical symptoms of depression: Increased aches and pains, which occur in about two out of three people with depression. Chronic fatigue. Decreased interest in sex. Decreased appetite. Insomnia, lack of deep sleep, or oversleeping. https://www.google.com/search?q=physical+effects+of+depression&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 Common physical symptoms of anxiety include: Pounding heart Sweating Stomach upset or dizziness Frequent urination or diarrhea Shortness of breath Tremors and twitches Muscle tension Headaches Fatigue Insomnia http://www.helpguide.org/articles/anxiety/anxiety-attacks-and-anxiety-disorders.htm
