What is the best way to start with this medcine, what time of the day, half or quarter of the 25/250 ? Or what's the best starting point ? Merkan Posted March 11, 2016 Report Share Posted March 11, 2016 Cut it in half. However you will only get 12.5mg carbidopa. A small amount of carbidopa could take away some of the benefit. You can definitely take 125mg of levodopa for trial.
