Mr.50's
i have no problem getting to sleep and staying asleep and I don't take sleeping pills of any kind (melatonin, valerian, ambien) because they make me feel foggy the next day but recently I've been on top of my sleep. I've found if I get around 8 1/2 to 9 hours of sleep I feel very clear headed, free of depersonalization, and anxiety free the next day. This is by far the best thing I've done for my dp/visuals, it does help my visuals because of the reduction of anxiety. I still have those days, about 2 a month where I get the perfect amount of sleep but still wake up foggy, I think that has to do with my day, things I ate etc.
