Richard253 Posted August 14, 2014 Report Share Posted August 14, 2014 need help asap please! i nearly committed suicide the other day and would really appreciate if anyone could help me in finding a doctor that understands hppd in my area. I live in Tacoma, WA, USA, which is about 30 miles south of Seattle, WA. I just want to be better so i can finally have the confidence to meet a girl and to love as well as my lifelong dream to pursue a career as a piano composer. I am 18 years old now and have had it since i was 16 (September 2, 2012)- yes i remember the exact date because since then it has been a living nightmare. Ever since I developed HPPD I have had Constant Depression and Consistent Anxiety of the extreme along with the disturbing visual snow and hallucinations. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I got hppd at the same age as you and although I still have it, the depression left after around 3 years and made life bearable again. I met a girl, got married and have a career in the creative field too, things can get better! PM me if you need any advice.
