So recently I started doing some research into the hypothalamus because I believe it may hold some keys to some our our symptoms-- particularly those suffering from sleep and sexual side effects. The blend i bought has probably 70 ingredients in it and i was wondering if any of you have tried and had positive or negative reactions to them.
