I am a mother, I do not have HPPD, my 18 year old son does. I am on a mission to try everything in this whole world to help him. My heart aches for him everyday. I feel helpless. All I want is my son back to normal. I cry and pray everyday he will be cured from this horrible nightmare. Please.....if anyone finds anything to help or has coping skills, please let me know. He has had this for two years now and we just found out what this was and why it happened (LSD) a few days ago. I am angry and upset with myself for dont stopping my son - then 15 from taking LSD repedatly. I thought it was just a thing teenagers did and he would growup and it would pass. I took LSD many times around his age and thought there was no lasting harm in it.....boy was i wrong. This has destoryed my son and our lives.
