My visual snow literally went away. I was glad when it did. I pretty much never get DP/DR anymore. What a fucking nightmare. Im still plagued with anxiety though. I have to be extremely careful what I eat and drink, too much coffee sends me over the edge. I can no longer take herbal supplements at all either. I used to take a lot. I do miss those days.

Go ahead and look voor wim hof metod breating exercise he claims we can cure every diseas

  3. You only can beat your hppd to comfortably state there is no pill no body can do it for you if you keep searching for meds you only feed your disorder and yea your noth the only one buth how much time that past how much you geth weakened and how much you lose hope.

Look to me 3 years past and still everthing under control, because why?

I beat it and i learned how to deal with it to keep everything cool.

  4. I just explained 100 times to dont search hope in meds buth everybody wants go the easy way its normal buth isnt if you focus on more naturaly way like exercise, sport maybe you was after 7 years walking with a smile

your recovery proces should be like a full time job, you only can make change nobody cant for you.

    you are your own doctor.

  5. After i cut sugar, meel, junkfood from my diet 4 months later i lost 7kg weight still doing a lot excerise training for about 4 years and with this supplements i feel much much better i was suffering from burnout or fatique and extreme brainfog about after 3 weeks i am now sure this supps do a realy good job and i can say its saving my life and i drink 3 a 4 coffee a day improving my concentration without having bad comedown before i couldnt drink coffee.

And also i saw no topics about people try a good massage for stress relief from hppd, i did 1 hour massage 3 times and this was just gold for me and after my muscle tension has reduced and soft like a baby skin, i am near to a full recovery i never thougt it was posible.

I consider people try a good massage therapy  because the stress from life and hppd can trap in muscles and after few session may can be released and sure it can have big benefits for everyone.

I can say my massage therapy was the breakdown, the first thing where i should look and noth in the hands of the medicals.

    Thank you for reading

  6. After you found this site you still want to think about i should continue or noth, ahh i wil be fine is your thought i gues.

    Yea sure

We dont want to stop before its to late, its common.

  7. Its in my list to try, buth i am using nac and magnesium and the effects are realy good for my brainfog, fatique, i am so happy, especialy from a brand i found and is the best i ever used and cheap to.

I think magnesium is a must have supp for hppd, if you ask why we all need exercise and magnesium is so important for it.

Your DP/ DR is gone completely? How long did you have it and which symptoms are still remaining?

Took me 6 to 9 months to recover from dp/dr by 4 to 5 times training and switching with running, jogging and cycling, and long distance walking to reaching  close to completely cure took me 1 year and few months

Regrets?  Not really.  If I could go back in time I would avoid drugs all together.  Then again, if I did that I wouldn't be "me" and life has treated me well.  I mentioned this before I think.  I used to go see Richie Havens play every time he came around.  As he got older he used to say "I'm happy to be here.  I'm happy to be anywhere".  He was a wise man.

I you have no regret is realy good regret gives a lot pain and geth depressed and you dont want believe its true what you going through

Somewhere life faire you geth the results from your action and somewhere you geth damage to stop more damage

I am not sure yet if I regret it. I am having my symptoms for five months now and hoping for recovery. If at least anxiety and DP/ DR will diminish over time, that would be enough for me.

However I did what I did because I thought it was the right thing to do. I only did mushrooms twice and second time led to a bad trip which led to my symptom outbreak. Maybe I would regret it if I would not have done mushrooms, I think they can show and teach you a lot of interesting stuff.

In fact I believe that a lot of my symptoms have been there before in a minor or suppressed way, I just see or feel it more clearly now.

I am not doing any medication at all so far. I guess if it doesn't get better over time, there is some medication that can help. (or I just get used to it)

Hmm if you dont have regret it is a good sign for you maybe you will fully recover soon buth if you want speed up your recovery you can do lot of exercise especially for dp/dr from my experience I cured with it

Its true you can have lot benefits from using mushrooms depents how you use it

And medication plz use only if you cant handle anymore or you can have lot more damage from it and cant go back

MDMA is my only regret really... At least LSD helped shaped me as a person.... MDMA gave me nothing other than pain.

MDMA is very dangerous stuff when you are sensitive or have bad luck buth at the end can always been worse

I was very sensitive guy and I switch from weed to mushrooms and i payd the price for it

Literally my biggest regret in my entire life was trying hallucinogens and ruining my brain. I had no idea this condition was what it was or even possible.

It has literally ruined my life and robbed me of so much freedom and normalcy that so many others enjoy on a day to day basis not knowing what they have.

trying hallucinogens was my biggest regret to even I had many good trips it wasn't worth it to geth hppd and I cant imagine how many good time I maybe lost by going trought hell and still left with a big brainfog where I cant fully have peace with the past buth the brainfog cant realy have regrets feeling about anything mostly also maybe a good thing

  13. Where is my childhood do we have regret from mistakes, I even cant feel I have regret buth I do, everything in the past is gone out of memory and there is no past or dreams, only instinct has left running with a autopilot, after realizing never wil be the same like before and be happy what we achieved and even if we cant feel it.

How bad is/was your hppd? And awesome, I will try that out, does it make it go away? For how long? What are your symptoms like when you go off of it? How many times a day do you take it?

I am noth sure if i notice improvement buth I can say I feel better buth not sure if it was the PEA , I run out of money and did a 10 day trial 3x day can give it a shot long term effects can be reach at 3 months of use

And I also wear a hat to warm my head its definitely helps and when I take shower a do the last 1 min turn to cold water and this give a energy boost its nice

  15. Its true that's the brain can heal its self or rewire if some one is disciplined and do lot of healty things in life he can be sure take big steps to recover faster then you can imagine

Easy said then done master your mind and everthing wil be easy, we have to aim for this

And I want to say after 6 months of klonopin use I stopt cold turkey, it was stupid buth still feel the damage of benzo use
