Hi guys i am here back after 4 months Hope you guys doing good and its seems this forum has low activity even then before I still doing good and symptoms free My hard work with sport has helpme to cure from hppd i feel lucky i found my way Hope you guys you wil find your way Buth one way it isnt is with medication

I guess docs have no idea what they doing with hppd, i believe only you self have find your way to chope with hppd, the most know relief is exercise/traning doest matter intensity once your find out what relief its give you will use when you need Its wil be your part of life When i feel bad i go for walk 1hour and its always working even i quited sport for long time, its just my best friend and its always avaible

You can feel more like a zombie this what lot users experiernce like me i used for 3 years and in the begining the side effects where awfull buth i had no choice i didnt know that i had hppd, maybe you should find anhoter soulution then medication they take more then they give mostly I read before you try some medication its best you change your mindset, there should better ways to chope with your hppd And i dont think you can handle the side effects of anti psygoctis, it can be very insane If i tell what crazy side effects i had you will think twice. I try so many times to quit buth the witdrwal was so bad, i just had to tapper off in micro doses took me 6 months

I agreed here with the replys Just to go try out and have patients to try out your new job you find out how you react I start this school year after i geth stabil from hppd in the beginning i could concentrade good buth i recently i pas this school year and my brainfogg is lot better until end of the school year And even i work last 2 months and going to school in the evening 2 times in week Now my hppd is olmost noth noticible and having a normal life succes

Yes of course varation is realy important after time you find your routine wich exercise fit in your scedule And you have to wacth to dont geth overtrained we are realy sensitive for it I didnt write lot detail on my topic buth if you start to train you can use a guide to stay motivated and what you can expect on your journey About diet also improtant buth i didnt pay lot attention for it I think more we have to look geth more proteins and vitamines and low sugar and noth to smoke Sometimes when start eath super healty food i feel my body detox buth its have also a widrawl effect.

My cure I started ( 12/2015) to a road to cure my self to do some serieus sport and i feeld its was the only option left after 2 years of hell here is the progress Month 1- its was hell and boring to run in the gym buth i keep did it Month 3- start to feel the first noticible improvement Months 6- start to enjoy life again dr and and visuals goth much better Month 9- dr droped more, visuals gething better Medication droped to the lowest dose Month 11- quited sport Month 12- very mild hppd and dr free tappering of the med Month 13- medication free for 1 month and hppd stil mild Month 15-18 Only some light hppd symptoms apearing Month 19 still med free for 7 months Light symptoms gething better. The exercise i did include lot variations of intensity and scedules if you overtrain it does opiside effect I realy believe thats sports thats include cardio like running/cyclying/jogging hase a potantial in way to speed up recovery in a daily base or in a scedule. Like al we agreed that sports/exercises give a relief why if we do more then we should geth more. Do sports stay healty Or Do sport geth healty I believe the trick is increased blood flow in the body and when do sports body works in high gear. Exploring about hppd,medication,supps wich has leaded to a dead end. Medication in long term include a lot risks to damage your body And realy unpredicable to trigger your symptoms worsened back Like a lot post here buth yea we cant without it always. Probably doing not much and waiting while on meds thats wil cure your symptoms is the worst what you can do, it will loose your time and hope. At the end i came out of hppd and i feel lot stronger man before i have it and still enjoying life like never before. I wish the best for all of us

  10. Yea fish oil and some other healty oils worsen my symptoms in the past to buth later it did wonders for my brainfog It didnt go away 100% buth my social skills improved to a very good point

I guess yes did we sufferd more then we enjoyed i gues yes You think you can easy quit nicotine addiction right now i dont think that How long takes a trip 3-8 hours and how long we sufferd Many days months About drugs what i did say was my oponion and dont take it personaly Like i say drugs usage runs easly out of control thats why i say that

Whats the difference by cause and trigger At the end you geth the dissorder And in the most cases it takes many years to recover or geths better my words "Dump all drugs in garbage" Where all good exeperience with drugs? All gone!! Only whats lefted is damage Buth yea some drugs can realy help buth realy only with causation and very limted usage buth mostly its runs out of control And things start go wrong until you end up fucked up What did i learn is simple with your natural body you can enjoy life more than you ever can think
  13. Trip i beth you quit sport after 1 week If you dont have experience with it or didnt do it for a long time Many people fail And nicotine consume a lot dopamine continue smoking tabbaco wil just empty dopamine levels where i am now at ????

  15. Its just stupid to smoke weed after you start feel better and even while your on medication There is just nothing to say about it gman If you dont change your mindset you will just keep faling back
  16. Maybe you should do jogging or running in a regular base guys this is the way i am cured from dr/dp 100% It can do wonders for you

  19. I used anti psygotics for 3 years it was a hell to come off buth you use it recently so you can try a quik tapper of if it to hard you should do very easy and its best to crush the lowest dose and continue tappering off If you dont have liquid form

Buth i dont agree that hppd can cured by luck, if you geth a temporly hppd symptoms its noth hppd, i had only a littel improvment in the first 2 years and when i put realy a effort doing sport i realy saw this wil work, the trick is to find something that you make you feel good and to cut stress from hppd out and this should be the way to speed up recovery Because stres delay recovery Buth recover from all symptoms that can be have to do with luck Buth you will not cure just doing nothing when you have full hppd Trip you should agreed that drugs they are harmfull thats why your body respons with panic/anxiety Some peole they claim medical weed I dont believe that it just also harmfull And they say if saw any body died by weed? Huh i wish i died when i goth bad trips from it and it ruined my life when it come to my social life Trip forgeth that you will smoke weed again like before even i didnt had hppd with a small hit from weed i go bad You have to find a new healty drugs for your self Buth at the end i can puth my progress in the succes stories and its time to go offline
  21. If you recoverd and your hppd symptoms are minimal and dont effect your life And dont use meds for a long time Can you talk about a cure then I personanly dont think your able to cure 100% buth reach a normal life dont seems hard when you change to healty life style and stay off drugs

Like a see a lot people after use of meds there symptoms came 2x worse back there are always risks in long therm with it I have some permanent damage from medication whats realy sad Maybe you can add more or start with intensive exercise/sport to cope with the bad feeling it gives i found this to only realy working way thats can help you in long term and speed up your recovery i did 11months of sport and i am now 4 months medication free and i didnt need it or feel any bad until now
