    • The only supplement I take is CBD oil because it helps me get a good night's sleep.  That might be counterintuitive because I can't touch THC.  Some days my hppd is distracting while other days I hardly notice it at all.  My more "visual" days seem to follow a poor night's sleep. I think KB's suggestion of starting with tiny amounts of any supplement is a really good idea.  Everyone is different and you never can tell how it might effect you.  Supplements can also take a while to start working so you may have to give it some time.  I'm probably not saying you don't already know.  I'm going to read up on LMM.  Thanks for the info!
    • So I took lsd around 6 months ago. I realized I had hppd a couple weeks after, with some anxiety tied in there. I kept smoking weed and my visual snow and stuff got worse so I've quit all drugs except for nicotine and have been this way for 3 months. But ever since I took the acid, everything looks kind of different. Like everything looks kind of surreal, and colors are kinda brighter, and I'm always spaced out. I don't feel as if I'm completely in a dream or anything, but it's just the feeling that everything looks kinda "off" and something is slightly different. And when I'm in crowds, sometimes the collection of peoples voices will sound different than it used to. Is this de realization that is just a part of my hppd and slight anxiety, or what? And also, should I quit the nicotine to see if my visuals get better?
    • After reading so many articles I too believed that hppd/vs which is drug related ( including ssri's and benzo's) is caused by neuronal death . But I've also read that some ppl have fully recovered( after taking keppra or even without any meds) According to dr Abraham 50% fully recover . But does he mean the visuals completely disappear or that 50% of hppd patients recover mentally despite having disturbing visual symptoms? http://thosewithvisualsnow.yuku.com/reply/25645 this is an old thread but apparently this guy 100% cured his vs . Honestly I'm just looking for something to get rid of vs . I can live with some negative after images and slight trailings .
